Cancellation before receiving the product

Auth'n believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order on authnindia.com?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

For outright cancellations by you:

-     If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

-    If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Refer below in 'Cancellation after receiving the product'.

 

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Returns:
Thank you for shopping with Auth’n India (Biswas Cultural Innovation Venture Pvt. Ltd.). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from your order date to make a return. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return needs to include the original packing slip to be accepted.

Shipping:
You will not be responsible for covering return shipping costs if you get a degraded quality product from our end.

Refunds on Cancellation Policy:
You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method/a gift card/ account number provided to us in mail within 7 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are refundable in case if you get a degraded quality product from our end and NOT refundable otherwise. If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
